Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Fort Worth, TX)

Fernwood Fox Community Partners is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for donor records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to donor records. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on donor records. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
