Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Fort Worth, TX)

Fernwood Wren Hospitality is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for supplier orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 47 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to supplier orders. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on supplier orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
