Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Fort Worth, TX)

Greenridge Nest Markets Group is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for online orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to online orders. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on online orders. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
