Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Fort Worth, TX)

Clearpath River Markets Partners is a Fort Worth retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to promotions. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on promotions. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
