Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Fort Worth, TX)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Mill Environmental Services Partners and adding a Senior Recruiter whose main responsibility will be hourly and shift hiring. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to landfill records. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on landfill records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
