Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (El Paso, TX)

Stonegate Freight is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for proof of delivery, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to proof of delivery. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on proof of delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
