Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Detroit, MI)

Clearpath Nest Financial serves customers across Detroit with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to loan applications. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on loan applications. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
