Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Denver, CO)

We are growing our team at Redstone Meadow Financial and adding a Senior Recruiter whose main responsibility will be hourly and shift hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 85 people based in Denver. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to regulatory reports. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on regulatory reports. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
