Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Denver, CO)

Highbridge Vista Financial is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for customer onboarding, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 11 people based in Denver. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to customer onboarding. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on customer onboarding. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
