Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Denver, CO)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Lakeside Environmental Services and adding a Senior Recruiter whose main responsibility will be hourly and shift hiring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Denver. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to landfill records. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on landfill records. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
