Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Dallas, TX)

Redstone Summit Learning Group is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for student accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Families are partners. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to student accounts. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on student accounts. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
