Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Columbus, OH)

Greenridge Union Facilities is a facilities company in Columbus with crews on day and night shifts, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to contractor visits. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on contractor visits. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Columbus, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
