Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Cleveland, OH)

Summit Haven Markets is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for pricing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to pricing. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on pricing. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
