Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Cleveland, OH)

Bluepeak Oak Inspection Services is an inspection company in Cleveland with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to certifications. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on certifications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
