Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Cleveland, OH)

Westbrook Sparrow Facilities looks after properties across the Cleveland region. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to safety inspections. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on safety inspections. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
