Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Cleveland, OH)

Foxglove Cross Hospitality is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for supplier orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 360 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to supplier orders. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on supplier orders. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
