Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Cleveland, OH)

Greenridge River Insurance is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to claims. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on claims. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
