Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Cleveland, OH)

Clearpath West Freight is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for proof of delivery, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to proof of delivery. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on proof of delivery. • Local job-centre and school contacts.
