Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Chicago, IL)

Fernwood Linden Hospitality is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for group events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to group events. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on group events. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Chicago. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
