Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Charlotte, NC)

Bright Cobalt Early Learning Group is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for classroom supplies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to classroom supplies. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on classroom supplies. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
