Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Buffalo, NY)

Silverline Amber Staffing connects candidates and employers across the Buffalo region. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to retention. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on retention. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Buffalo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
