Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Boise, ID)

Harborlight Willow Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Boise. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 941 people based in Boise. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to attendance records. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on attendance records. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
