Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Boise, ID)

Bluepeak Cedar Hospitality is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for housekeeping schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to housekeeping schedules. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on housekeeping schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
