Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Boise, ID)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Union Banking Services Partners and adding a Senior Recruiter whose main responsibility will be hourly and shift hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 29 people based in Boise. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to loan files. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on loan files. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
