Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Boise, ID)

Rivermark Glen Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Boise. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to landfill records. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on landfill records. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
