Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Baltimore, MD)

Westbrook Thistle Early Learning is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for tuition and subsidies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to tuition and subsidies. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on tuition and subsidies. • Local job-centre and school contacts.
