Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Austin, TX)

Nova Ridge Property Management is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for unit turnovers, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 403 people based in Austin. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to unit turnovers. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on unit turnovers. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
