Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Austin, TX)

Lumen Loom Markets is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for supplier deliveries, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to supplier deliveries. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Austin, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
