Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Austin, TX)

Silverline Maple Housing manages affordable housing communities across Austin, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 68 people based in Austin. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to resident services. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on resident services. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Austin, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
