Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Austin, TX)

Highbridge Works is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for lease renewals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to lease renewals. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on lease renewals. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
