Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Austin, TX)

Harborlight Field Markets is a Austin retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Austin. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to shrink and waste. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on shrink and waste. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
