Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Atlanta, GA)

Foxglove Ashton Inspection Services Group tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Atlanta. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to client sites. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on client sites. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
