Cedar Drift Inspection Services is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for field inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to field inspections. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on field inspections. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
