Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Anchorage, AK)

We are growing our team at Northwind Summit Insurance and adding a Senior Recruiter whose main responsibility will be hourly and shift hiring. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to catastrophe response. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on catastrophe response. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
