Senior Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Albuquerque, NM)

Bluepeak Haven Community Partners is a Albuquerque charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to donor records. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on donor records. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
