Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (Virginia Beach, VA)

Lumen Pine Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Virginia Beach, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 28 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to claims. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on claims. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
