Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (Tulsa, OK)

We are growing our team at Lumen Meridian Care Services and adding a Senior Recruiter whose main responsibility will be campus hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 427 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to visit scheduling. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
