Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (Tucson, AZ)

Lumen Wren Legal Group is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for intake forms, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to intake forms. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on intake forms. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
