Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (Tucson, AZ)

Ironwood River Housing is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for repair requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to repair requests. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on repair requests. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
