Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (Tucson, AZ)

Greenridge Maple Community Partners is a nonprofit in Tucson supporting families with food, housing and job help, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to grant reporting. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on grant reporting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
