Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (Tucson, AZ)

Clearpath Orchard Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Tucson. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on campus hiring. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to care plans. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on care plans. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
