Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (St. Louis, MO)

Ironwood Fox Community Partners Group is a St. Louis charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 737 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to benefits enrolment. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on benefits enrolment. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in St. Louis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
