Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (Seattle, WA)

We are growing our team at Foxglove West Inspection Services and adding a Senior Recruiter whose main responsibility will be campus hiring. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to equipment calibration. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on equipment calibration. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
