Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (Seattle, WA)

Cedar Umber Legal Group is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for document review, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 794 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to document review. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on document review.
