Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (Seattle, WA)

Harborlight Ember Staffing is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for onboarding, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Recruiters here keep in touch with people long after placement. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to onboarding. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on onboarding. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
