Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (Seattle, WA)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Rowan Care Services and adding a Senior Recruiter whose main responsibility will be campus hiring. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to family communication. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on family communication. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
