Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (Seattle, WA)

We are growing our team at Redstone Nest Community Partners and adding a Senior Recruiter whose main responsibility will be campus hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to benefits enrolment. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on benefits enrolment. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
