Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (Seattle, WA)

Nova Willow Learning Group is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to enrolment. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on enrolment. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
