Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (Sacramento, CA)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Rook Financial and adding a Senior Recruiter whose main responsibility will be campus hiring. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to regulatory reports. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on regulatory reports. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Sacramento, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
