Senior Recruiter - campus hiring (Sacramento, CA)

Harborlight Ashton Legal Group is a law firm in Sacramento serving businesses and individuals, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to intake forms. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on intake forms. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
